Hi Penni, I'm sorry your mechanical failures are multiplying. Janice will probably explain to you that they have secret forms of communication and like to gang up on unwary owners. And I handle everything but heavy yardwork (like cutting down trees.) Me and the hedgetrimmers go way back and I do all the car repairs, with phone consults to Brandon if something seems odd. I even got ripped off by Montgomery Wards, and had to go to the Bureau of Automobile Repairs, which went to bat for me and got me my money back. The Bureau sticks up for consumers taken advantage of by Car repair shops.
