i represented an arab who owed citibank a fortune. i wanted papers prepared, signed and filed before citibank served him. there was a delay of a few days. i was told not to worry citibank would not be able to find him to serve him. i said why not. i was told they'd never guess where he was. i said where is he. i was told he was with his wife. i was amazed he was married. and i had been out with him many times. they said see- citibank won't serve him. and it didn't.
