There is one thing the Iraqis will ensure; they will not allow Bush to use them to get re elected. The US is considered as a occupation force. Not allowing foreign contractors in to rebuild their country, staying in there to quit just before the elections in the US and then going back in should Bush win etc. The Iraqis expected the US to leave Iraq along with Saddam. But the US committed a blunder by not pulling their military back.
