I got the chance to watch most.....but not all......of the interview today, and I must admit commissioner Ben Viniste rather ruined things. He was combative and overly aggressive. I thought it quite interesting that here we had Condi Rice under oath in a position to inform and educate the American public about what took place in the inner workings of the White House before 9/11, and several times during her interview Mr. Ben Viniste attempted to stifle her answers. I really wanted to hear EVERYTHING Ms. Rice had to say and here was a commissioner literally cutting her off. His behavior set a very bad precedent imo.

Otherwise, what I saw was very interesting and informative.

I heard something earlier on one of the cable networks that Kerrey used some otherwise classified information in one of his questions to Ms. Rice. I only caught the tail end of the article so I will have to do some reading to find it. Do you know what it might be?

All in all.....and considering the circumstances.....I think Ms. Rice did well.
