Yeah but the rich have trust funds and estate tax planning to make sure they DON'T pay much tax anyway. The only victims are the guys right on the edge who fail to plan. Kerry has guaranteed that there will be protections in his plan to make sure small family businesses and family farms are never taken away.

I think we all need to read "perfectly Legal" to understand how the tax code and Cheney-Bush policies rig the whole game to benefit billionaires and punish average people.
