The bunch on that thread are weak-kneed closet libertarian wannabies agonizing over unworkable solutions to be practiced under the watchful eye of public opinion.
They ought to read up on the idea of Carthaginian Peace. I mean precisely and simply, we have not had trouble from Carthage for how long? The solution to the world’s issues is so clear, simple, straightforward, involving nothing more than donning of pretty hats and shiny boots.
I mean, what do people think empires are all about? Jeezus weepers jeepers.
