That's so sad, and very likely true.

There's been a lot of press lately about recent studies concluding that the brain development of children seems to be effected by television watching (the brief, jumpy quality of it) to the extent that it may account for some of the epidemic of ADD that we're seeing in this generation.

I wonder how all the years of tv watching (and the decline of reading)done by our generation has effected not only our attention spans, but now what we demand of our leisure activities, or news sources, etc.
