I think it would be an error for the Bush administration to continue to look backwards at what Clinton did not do. The current crop of Democrats at the top of the heap today -- Kerry, Dean, Edwards -- are not beholden to Clinton, and are perfectly willing to jettison him in order to win the next election.

I think the only people who really care anymore about what Clinton did or did not do are the family members of the 9/11 victims who are unable to move on, and former members of the Clinton administration, like Clarke.

It's important to keep moving, and not get bogged down re-fighting old battles. Kennedy and Byrd are bogged down in the past. Any battle they try to pick is one I'll pass by.
