With the Clinton economy SS and Medicare were in good shape and we were paying off debt. The 5.5 trillion surplus projections prove this. Just the opposite is obviously true with Cheney-Bush's record deficits, which by the way experts predict would get worse and worse if he's re-elected. Even if Kerry wins, the Cheney-Bush deficits will grow larger in 2005, up to a projected 850 bilion per year. The mess in Iraq is also bound to add to the deficits as we should the huge cost of somehow managing the chaos and violence.

For instance, due to lack of security in Iraq, each foreigner there now needs two bodyguards. Some of these bodyguards cost as much as $250,000 a year. Ridiculous huh? And the Buishies promised us Iraqi oil would pay for the war.
