And a lot to think about as to how we're going to respond with igniting some form of reactionary backlash within Europe and a clash of civilizations..

And this is a clash that the Islamic militants WANT to ignite.

Which means we can fall prey to fighting it, or empowering the moderate and modernist elements of their societies to dominate with compatible rule of law and mutual respect and tolerance.
