May I ask why you all continue to address, and speak of, American Spirit as though he's female?

I understand that most of you here disagree with his politics. However, to refer to him as female, despite his being clear about his being male, is something I just don't understand.

And to see women refer to him as female. Well, don't we, at least, understand it's not a bad thing?

I'd think by now,the gender thing is just not a BFD, particularly among the educated, as you all purport yourselves to be.
