Good news on the VCR+ front. I went to Best Buy for various reasons today and checked into the DVDrs. Still a somewhat pitiful assortment. But 3 of the 4 included VCR+ as a prominent displayed feature. VCR+ revenues are currently on a decline due to falling VCR sales, but if DVDr catch on this number should solidify I think, plus a good chunk of this will have the more lucrative Guide+ in them as well.

PVRs might very well eat into these sort of purchases though. Be interesting to see if DVDrs with TiVo built in, or DVDrs without TiVo, or PVRs will dominate the market, or will it get split up.
