The worst part about Rice's testimony is the admin's refusal to take ANY responsibility for their failure to do JOB ONE.

- OBL didn't give them a how, what and where so they're not responsible. What terrorist gives that?

- The FBI and CIA didn't talk. So what were they doing about that problem? Nothing.

- No one told her what to do. What the heck is her job?

- They wanted a more strategic policy than the Clinton admin gave them. So you sit on your hands and ignore the world until you finally write down your policy in a big fat book? Ridiculous.

It's childish excuses from a bunch of people who don't think for themselves. Another frightening look inside an admin which brooks no dissent.
