I wuz very skeptical of the blood type diet at first but in keeping with my philosophy of open mindedness I bought the book and wuz quite impressed. What interested me most wuz the diet for O ( which I am ) coincided so close with a diet that I had worked out for myself over 25 years that it wuz almost eerie.
