Update:

The Dow Extended Forecast has been modified:
- 11,500 - 12,000 by May/June 2004;
- 12,500 - 14,000 by the end of 2004;
- 20,576 by 2004 or earlier.

A Decline and Recover from Terror Matrix was added this week:
- 400 dead bodies produces 5% decline and 20 days to recover;
- 1000 dead bodies produces 7.5% decline and 60 days to recover.
