It all sounds good Chuck, now tell us what they've done that's going to do what you want. All I've seen is actions that compound the problem and increase the risks. The "we're going to remove them forcibly" rhetoric sounds good to every one of us because we all agree they should be removed, but the question is how are you going to remove people you can't identify or find, and how are you going to do it in a way that doesn't result in thousands replacing the few you do remove? It's too important an issue to lend itself to feel-good solutions that aren't solutions at all.
