I don't think dead people think anything about anybody.

Now let's just think about what the level of carping, griping and yodeling would have been if Dr. Rice had consulted her Ouija Board in July of 2001 and the board said jetliners will hit the Twin Towers, so homeland security was enacted then plus all the air travel regulations. You and your friends would have been having apoplexy and fits.

I believe since Dr. Rice doesn't vote in the Senate it was Senator John Kerry who voted to go to war. By your standards he ain't all that smart either.
