Whether or not the people who died in 9/11 could have been saved will always be uncertain, but one thing is for sure -- if she was doing her job, they very well might be alive today. She did not inform the President, and she did not inform herself. Nor did she act to link the diverse sets of information as it became clear that a threat was imminent. She failed to do her job. People died. As for Iraq, she did nothing to help flag the bogus claims being made by several people in the White House -- including herself. She has been a miserable failure. She stayed aloof and ignorant -- as did the President.
