Why would he say it in that way when the less dramatic statements did the job? Bush made it very clear that Iraq's WMDs were a threat to the US without resorting to the kind of hysteria you're demanding as proof.

Its not just a matter of drama. Statements like "Iraq has dangerous WMD which could be a threat to the US" are substantially different than "Iraq will blow up American cities within the next few months".

If I had made a similar statement against Clinton or Gore or Kerry I have no doubt that you would be all over me.

I don't think so......when Clinton or Gore or Kerry screw up, I admit it. Earlier today, I posted an article on this thread that brings into question whether Kerry is more of a hawk than Bush......something I would not like.

You see.............I want the best president and not what's best for a particular party. And I am not afraid of the truth.
