TO ALL, HOW IS SMIT GOING TO BUY BACK 250K SHARES? THEY ONLY HAD $650K IN CASH AND SECURITIES AT 5/31/97 AND $500K AT 5/31/96. THIS FAR SHORT OF THE $2MIL+ REQUIRED TO BUY THE SHARES AND CASH GENERATED FROM YR TO YR DOES NOT INDICATE THEY WILL HAVE IT DURING THIS YEAR. ANYONE KNOW HOW THEY CAN ACCOMPLISH IT?
