S2, I didn't agree much with what Tricky Dick did and realize only a pardon saved him from having to claim nole contendre, like his VP, Spiro da Crook. But Tricky was pretty competent before Watergate crippled his administration. He was crazy as a loon in his paranoia, but he did have some ability, which makes his Presidency a tragedy.

Dubya's regime is a farce.
