Bush supports increasing the amount of mercury in our drinking water. In saying this I am using the same logic that junior used when he said that Kerry voted for higher taxes 350 times.

If Kerry revokes the tax cut giveaways for the rich and goes back to what Clinton had would that be a tax increase?
