Where is gain/loss from this sale in the Q4 income statement?
Shouldn't it have been reported as extraordinary?

June 30, 1997 Faison buys AOL buildings for $15.4M
Washington Business Journal
Douglas Fruehling Staff Reporter
Beating out hordes of suitors, Faison Associates bought two America Online Inc. buildings in Tysons Corner earlier this month.
The Charlotte-based developer acquired 8619 and 8620 Westwood Corporate Center from AOL for a total of $15.4 million, or about $124 a square foot. The deal closed June 13.
One building has four stories with about 97,000 square feet; the other has two floors and 27,000 square feet. Both were built in 1983. Faison is leasing the buildings back to AOL for 18 months, after which AOL will move those offices to its new Dulles headquarters.
