What mess has the USA wrought? A bit of a skirmish in a minor city in a minor country isn't a global mess. There have been about 10,000 deaths in the Iraq war. That's not even a blip on the list of world horrors over the last century. Keep it in perspective. That's not even one year of road deaths in the USA.

The USA has wrought great works in the world and continues to do so, including in Iraq. Globalstar is a USA creation [with my money] and people in Iraq are now using the service. That's a great work that's been wrought. There is also cyberspace now on tap in Iraq, which is another great work. There is lots of good stuff. The rest of the world is doing even better as the locals are not creating havoc in most places. Look at China go for example, on the back of USA invention, capital and civilization. India is adopting great USA works too such as the amazing realm of supercharged phragmented photon CDMA2000 cyberphones.

The world is marvellous and getting better exponentially. Exponential functions increase slowly, but then really get moving. The 20th century was moving pretty quickly after eons of gradual improvement, but now we've entered the turbo charge realm of the exponential curve. This is going to be a LOT of fun. 6 billion people all feeding into the integrated world we are now living, instead of 2 billion living lives of largely agrarian subsistence [as in the year 1904]
