Very Good explaino Randolph. I would add that many times, not always, the technicals (or almighty chart) lead the fundamentals in a stock. For example a stock breaks for a week or two on ZERO news. Then the news comes of a BIG bad contract.....hence the technicals LED the fundamentals. This also happens on the downside....look at CUBE's chart for a good example of both.
