What a pipe dream. The Pals already get the highest per capita foreign aid in the history of the planet. What have they used it for? Why would that change?

I believe it would. It would force the militants to focus, not on Israel, but on the "flavor" of government that was going to govern Palestine

We heard this with Oslo. If governing their own cities and populations didn't make them "focus", having a bunch of NATO troops on patrol certainly won't.
