His foreign policy mostly consists of making almost every country in the world hate us. He went after Bin Laden which any president would have done under the circumstances but then he all but quit when the job wasn't half finished and invaded a country based on lies and mistruths. Most people now think Iraq was a mistake. More think this all the time.
