TED, I think you may have misread that. It only referred to Wang and Kumar in terms of pecking order.

"Former chief financial officer Ira Zar, the third-highest-ranking executive after former chairman Charles B. Wang and current chairman and chief executive Sanjay Kumar, pleaded guilty to securities fraud and conspiracy to commit securities fraud and obstruct justice."

Aside, CA's issues are not really on the scale of "Enron- or WorldCom-like fakery" - unless you want to count the massive theft from shareholders by way of option bonuses they granted themselves a year or two ago... something on the order of a billion dollars.
