So does that mean you'd just stand back and let the man rape the child if you saw he was attempting to do just that?

If not, how would you suggest preventing it?

There are many ways to stop people from raping children but even there remedies could be extreme. I am positive there are people that would want to exterminate even those who they think are even thinking about the subject.
