Nope, but on the other hand, lead plaintiff Cardinal Partners are known to have employed the folks who busted into the infamous Terayon conference call. Cardinal partners has been booted from the suit for bashing TERN while suffering huge losses in it's TERN short position, and I could quote you Pluvia calling the dudes who busted up the Conference call "our guys." Hmmm....hey, did ya ever ask the techies on SI how come S-CDMA made DOCSIS when they were so sure it had no real value (despite selling hugely and working well everywhere but in the U.S. where DOCSIS rules and now includes it?).

It's good when you uncover lying companies. Very bad that I'm forced to believe you are a SHEEPSEEKER who profits from those who follow you, every chance you get.
