I have certainly enjoyed reading your post the last few days. I just stumbled onto SI and have found your comments very enlightening and educational. Thanks for the free advice.

I couldn't follow all of Jim Hopkins post about the price of oil and the following demise of Wall Street, but some of what he said seemed to make sense. If the price of crude continues to rise, and the only ones making money are the oil related companies...then wouldn't it make sense to buy the oil sector? I don't know much about the oil industry, but noticed where that sector has had a pretty good run up the last few weeks? Is this run short lived? If not, do you have any favorites in the oil patch?

It seems you specialize in techs, but since you live in Houston, I thought you might have some insight.
