Thanks for pointing the article out. However, I always believed that Harry Truman had it right when he had, "The Buck Stops Here!" quote on his desk.

If you were President and had a report that Bin Laden was planning an attack on the USA, would you do business as usual? I know I wouldn't, and I don't think you would either.

No one has posted any ACTIONS by Bush to halt terrorism before 9/11. Doesn't that scream something?
