P/C ratios are showing no fear VIX keeps hitting new lows. Indicies are having a very tough time making head winds and there are many groups not performing here. Also volume has given no clue to direction here, the dollar is rallying, but for how long, and higher interest rates will have some impact at some point. Tough spot to pick a direction
