Time Warner and GMST use to have this great feud going about whether or not Time WArner had to include the Guide feed or not. If I remember correctly GMST sued Time Warner to one of the regulatory agencies, and don't recall for certain, but I believe GMST won that dispute.

Given the recent agreement between Time Warner and GMST one would think that any such dispute would be over. Perhaps not.

I don't know anymore information in regard to this then the above.
