Well far be it from me to disagree with an SDO.

But the next holier-than-thou would be Emperor who publicly challenges both the IGC and the retreating, defeated, Americans will have a much harder time finding recruits.

And the decent Iraqi citizens whose representatives serve on the IGC will know that the execution of foreign citizens will make enemies of the nations whose trade they need to have any chance of a better future.
