At a demonstrable time when Terayon was indeed selling the all important to American Markets (as Pluvia correctly strongly informs the reader) non-proprietary DOCSIS products, and he and/or Cardinal Partners likely BOTH NEEDED BADLY for Terayons price to go down, Pluvia falsely wrote in his second Terayon short report that they did not sell DOCSIS procucts, a lie, when he wrote in a single complete sentence: "Terayon's products are based solely on a technology called S-CDMA (synchronous code division multiple access)."

Again (so you might "get" it)Terayons products were NOT "solely" based on S-CDMA, they sold DOCIS products then, and Pluvia knew it when he wrote it. The judge says Terayon investors may have a case against Cardinal Partners, Pluvia acted in concert with them, referred to folks whom trial news says were working for them as "our guys," may be an employee or even Cardinal head hauncho and GWBush friend ROSE himself for all I know. I only know his sheepseeking Cardinal Partner butt-saving short report included a very false lie concerning important DOCSIS products Terayon was already selling of their own accord.
