No I can't. Scroll down to the bottom of that URL and you'll see the infamous picture of Bush on the aircraft carrier, under the "Mission Accomplished" sign. So the time-frame is way off for the current situation.

It just happened that I remembered the picture of the old man and the little girl. The pathos just really got to me at the time I saw it. I cannot clearly recall the location where it was taken, but I think it was somewhere in the Shia area further south, such as An Najaf.
