Presumably if they lost $ on it they would have reported it as
extraordinary so as to increase operating earnings.

My understanding is that the commercial real estate market in
the DC area in general and Tysons Corner in particular has
improved significantly in the past 2-3 years. (As in most areas).

How do you figure that? The original purchase price isn't mentioned.
Or are you just throwing out a figure for illustration?
