About Clinton-- Very much like Commissioner Kerrey, I think Clinton should have done more. Altho he was attacked by the republicans for getting the chemical factory in the Sudan--I believe Orin Hatch led the parade--he should have done more. Altho he had daily high-level briefings and put the country on alert during the millenium, he should have done more. Altho he sent rockets into an al Qiada camp, he should have done more. Unfortunately he was attacked when he did these things as trying to deflect attention from Monica--where he should have done less. Nevertheless, Bush had 33 principals meetings and perhaps one was on terrorism. And that's a fact. Tragically, Bush dropped the ball. fred
