We can only wait for the 10K report due by the end of September. The auditors should point that out (the accounting firm has a reputation at stake), and it will interesting to learn what opinion did the auditors give to the accounting pratice of AOL. If the auditor (one of the big six) gave an unqualified opinion, then, I'll give up and cover my shorts for a small profit. Afterall, as they say, you cannot fight city hall (in this case WS).
