At this point...not confirmed my management...Joe Bellace at ML..had a conference call..he stated that the contract is firm but company has not..confirmed it and that he does not expect..a press release...He stated that the only reason he is not pounding the table on the stock is...that the current qtr is back-end loaded...The contract is a done deal..and is a home run for ASND long-term ..after this qtr...
