Re: LS-120 speed

When I looked into the LS-120 about a year ago, the reviews said it would read and write 1.4meg floppies quite a bit faster than a regular 3.5" drive (I don't recall how much faster). This seemed like a nice advantage to me . . . the only problem was that the LS-120 was hard to find and way too expensive (IMO). If it were under a $100, I think it would be an excellent substitute for the standard 3.5" floppy.

BTW, I bought an EZ-Flyer 230 instead and am very happy with it.
