I was thinking more of the FBI agents who were trying to get someone, anyone, to listen to what their guts told them was critically important information. The flight school stuff and the known terrorists operating in country were the two biggest. If that had been in Clarke's hands and he hadn't been able to put the picture together, I would have been surprised. Pick up their computors, follow their phone logs and travels and then the thing starts to come into focus pretty quickly.

As far as shooting down an airliner with 200+ people on board, I wouldn't want to be the one but a man does what he has to when the time comes. It's not much different than sending a missile into a crowd of Muslims in order to take out a target and we all know there are people doing that on a weekly basis.

In the end we will have to all find a way to get along. The only question is how many people die before we get serious about finding common ground and stop all the "YOU'RE evil....no! YOU'RE evil," childishness.
