I suppose that depends on my point of reference. If you were to require me to consider it in isolation I would of course be shocked and amazed.

If I get to consider it in light of the entire bloody expanse of history, I'd have to advise that I've seen worse. But to paraphrase Mr. Bennett - the worst is yet to come.
