Karen, you misunderstood me. I too think people are wanting to blame much too quickly (evidence Dick Clarke's book and testimony.) I think that that is pure foolishness, and have said so several times. The only people to really blame, are the murdering fundamentalists who devised 9-11, as well as numerous other events over the last 15 or so years.
Yes, I do "target" FISA, because it does seem the height of arrogance to continue to have events such as we have had since 1993 with WTC I, and everything since, not to have even discussed at ANY level what the potential problem/s might be.
WHY have an FBI or CIA, if they can't coordinate intelligence that effect and might protect American citizens?
Our citizens must look at these events themselves, and hope to become better educated as to what these various bills and laws mean, and the consequences of them. If we don't have American History courses required throughout each grade level until at least High School graduation, how can people know what has happened before, and what worked, what didn't, and why? |
