Can you imagine the great outrage that would have surged through the right wing nation.

This right-wing troglodyte does not believe allocating blame is useful with respect to 9/11. The bureaucrats did what they could; there was no negligence, no incompetence on the part of either the Bush or Clinton Administrations. Rice had it exactly right: democracies are slow to respond to threats. If there is blame, it is as fairly placed on the previous Administration as the present one.

The criticism of Bush is utterly partisan. Since it disagrees with my views, it is also wrong. vbg
