OK Gary, here is how I see it playing out over the next six months.... PepsiCo puts alot of dept on YUM. YUM debuts and probably goes down, maybe as much as 25%! But thats 25% off of a small number. In the meantime PEP has lessened their dept, has two companies that are poised to fly and they soar to 60. As that is happening, YUM rebounds from the dept placed on it and the smart (or long term) investor sees the stock come back to where it was originally "offered."

Question is do you by more YUM if this plays out? Do you dump YUM as soon as it is issued? Do you stay where you are?

Only time will tell for sure so I'm status quo for a while.
