That's a bald-faced lie typical of the rightwing propaganda machine. About on the level of saying Kerry "looks French". One of those sleazy propaganda gimmicks. You should be ashamed. JK would never hand over military authority to anyone else until Iraq is ready to self-govern. That will take years. But a decade if Bush is re-elected.
