Yeah, you've figured out our new rightwing propaganda ploy - we're going to QUOTE WHAT KERRY SAYS. Yes, I know its a dirty trick. But this is war. :>)

JK would never hand over military authority.. See our ploy is working. It's got you so confused you don't realize I quoted Kerry saying he'd keep US control over the military situation.
