Is this market frothy? In a bubble? SSPI announced a tiny $1 million contract this morning. Stock peaked up 250% at 6.49 on 5 million shares before 9:45am (Been following it for 5 years and previous bigger contracts didn't move it 10 cents) Thats $70 million in market value on a $1 million contract. I suspect short covering on this one, but its an example of the insane nature of today's market.
